the hotel's location was ideal for exploring the area shops were nearby i enjoyed the delicious breakfast and dinner options the staff were friendly they. the rooms were very super clean and cozy the beds provided a restful night's sleep i especially appreciated the helpfulness of the staff they always were really nice.
the bathroom size was somewhat small it made maneuvering a little challenging a larger bathroom would have greatly improved the overall comfort. the water pressure was inconsistent at times affecting shower quality at certain hours.

the reception staff spoke english and russian making communication simple the staff were always helpful with directions and suggestions for local attractions they arranged airport transfers with great efficiency ensuring stress-free travel.

the room included effective air conditioning which was a welcome relief from the outside heat housekeeping provided daily cleaning services supplying fresh towels and linens the beds were comfortable ensuring i had a good night's sleep.

The staff was VERY accommodating and provided prompt service. The hotel's location is excellent. It's convenient to reach various amenities. Regular cleaning took place. I saw a daily towel change, which i appreciated. Breakfast included good options.
Live music played every second day. This disturbed me until 23:00.

I REALLY liked the friendly and helpful staff. The location was convenient with the bus stop nearby. Breakfast and dinner offered a good variety. I found the food delicious. The street view room met my request.
The bathroom had a slight odor, and the water pressure wasn't consistent. I faced issues with hot water half the time.

THE staff members were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Staff offered assistance with local information. The manager Alev spoke perfect German. I found this especially helpful. Staff worked hard to.

The room had air conditioning, a BIG relief during warm days. I had a tv in my room. A kettle and cups were available in my room for making tea. Cleanliness was clearly a priority, and cleaning occurred daily.

The breakfast and dinner buffet had a wide variety of food. The hotel staff were friendly. The hotel and rooms were very clean with comfortable beds.
The bathroom in my room was small. The wash basin covered most of the toilet seat, so sitting down was not easy. The toilet seat kept sliding.
